Every now and then I come across a blog or see an ad or movie that tugs at the wanderlust strings in my heart so I thought I'd share some of them here.
The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
This is Ben Stiller's latest movie about a daydreaming guy who thinks his life isn't very noteworthy or exciting, and one day he just jumps on a plane to Iceland and has great adventures. It's Ben Stiller, so some of it is a bit overdone, but the scenery; the cinematography; the music; the carpe diem; and the general theme is beautiful. One of my all time favourite movies! Watch it as soon as you can! Excuse me while I go to Iceland with a soundtrack of indie music!!
