The photographer in me has gotten a bit obsessed with doors and gates...
I don't know why but I just keep seeing great photo opportunities in them all around the place. Sometimes it's the buildings painted in contrasting colours, or sometimes it's a perfectly rusty iron gate, but I'm drawn to take a picture. When they are combined up and viewed together I think it becomes an interesting and different way to document places and I might turn into a little ongoing project. Here's a few of the ones so far, just from Ireland.
